Wow, great piece! :^D What medium did you use?

As far as the right hand, yeah, that kind of perspective is tricky . . . I'd say the the middle and index fingers are too short, need to be drawn out a bit more. The foreshortening on the legs is fab, though! It's really, REALLY good for not having a model of any kind! Trust me, I know the anatomical woes of not having a good reference to work off of . . . :^(

This is just a gorgeous picture. I see what you mean about the right hand, and it's a perspective problem. That hand is viewed as by an eyeball on the floor, while the rest of Hermione is viewed from about eye-level. You need to find a way to look at a hand leaning on the floor from about three or four feet in the air, and maybe six feet away, I think, to get finger-lengths right.

Wow, that's beautiful! It's the hair I'm very very impressed with. For con-crit, I'd say that her nipples wouldn't be centered in each breast as you have them. They should be farther apart, each one closer to it's side's arms. With her shoulder rolled forward to have her hands between her legs, the outer edges of her breasts would be partially covered by arm and squeezed tight enough to have the connected lines of center cleavage.

Nipples have never been my thing. I've always covered them with hands/locks of hair/shadows, etc. They never look good to me. But I will go back and 'adjust' them a bit. I hope they don't come out looking like lazy eyes.

Don't be scurred -- my nostrils will never hurt you. When in doubt, paint the nipples on new layers and then you can move them around all you like. Here's an example: http://homepage.mac.com/coell/lj/gifts/faire_hermione.jpg -- as you can see, just a couple pixels is enough.

Very nice *___* I love the way you drew her hair and the coloring is very nice, too. Her facial expression simply asks for a kiss. I think there's something wrong with her breasts, they don't seem natural, but I like the picture a lot :)
