FINALLY got the My Book (external harddrive) I've been wanting. I set it up and moved all my music/art/photos/videos over to it and my C drive space went from 81 available GB to 208. I LOVE LIFE.

And now art:

This took me about a gazillion years to do, as I kept changing up the pose/colors/style of it, but finally, I'm done. Did it while listening to a QI episode I got from henpecked. Anyway, here's Bellatrix Lestrange, as I see her as a young woman: moments before or after taking the Dark Mark. Your choice. At the festivities before or afterwards.

The previous posters are correct in saying that it is a gorgeous piece of art, the only faults I see are the sharp angles of the face on her left cheek and her jaw appears too square.

I KNOW. It was bothering me sooo much. But I wanted her hair in front of her face and it just would not cooperate. At any rate, I am THROUGH with this picture. We had a love/hate relationship for a while, but now I'm only homicidal. Pretend she doesn't eat enough and it's effed with her face? XD

Three things.

1) How smoking hot is Bellatrix here? TOTES. Look at that dress! Those boobs! Those crazy eyes!

2) I have a My Book, too! I loooooove it.

3) Yeah, yeah. MegaUpload sucks sometimes. I have a premium account over there, though so... I don't have those problems. But truly? It's the best freesite to upload to. There's no gross porn, the download rates are high almost all the time, etc. I'm uploading Season 3 next week, though, so get on it.

Do you have season one?

Yeah, but.. I originally upload them for a comm (on a different lj account), so I try to upload files to places that people are comfortable downloading from/have used before. MegaUpload is one of the biggies. Nothing sucks more than uploading 12 files to a place and getting comments like "Hey can you reupload this somewhere else because XXXXXX doesn't work for me." I'm sorry it hasn't been working great for you :C

Well, I always use red on Multiply when I'm coloring black, because flat black is boring and red is usually a color that goes well with whatever mood my art is, as I usually use warm colors, so really, she's supposed to be black-haired, but like with my Harrys, she still comes out a red head. (Run on sentence!) Especially when I Overlayed the white to make create a light source. Glad you liked.

Lovely detail; I'm drawn to that heart on her chest. and her lip. and eyes... and everything :) I dont mind the redness of her hair in artist's work (it would annoy me if they did it in the movie though) because it could just be a matter of lighting, or that she was young and experimenting with colouring it - common enough for people , and If I could flick my wand and change my hair to match my outfit, I sure would!
