ART: Harry/Pansy & Original

GAH! I am so freaking fed up with this drawing I was doing of Harry/Pansy. About 20 minutes ago, I thought "Screw it" and just finished it up really quickly. Not at all happy with it. Maybe it needs to be colored.

Title: Potter, You Prat! (Let me go!)

Notes: THERE ARE SO MANY SMUDGES! Pansy doesn't look near as irritated as she should. Also, this is made with graphite pencils, sketchbook, sweat and blood.

Holy. Crap. Colored pencils? SIX SQUARE FEET? You're either completely out of your mind, or brilliant. I've heard it's a fine line. That's frickin' awesome. ...just out of curiosity, does one pencil actually last long enough to cover 6 feet of paper, or did you have multiples of each color? I have more experience with PrismaColor markers for major projects, and I remember an animation (only 11 seconds long) that required 5 Apple Green markers.

I know, the first time I bought the markers I ONLY got skin-toned ones 'cause I'm so cheap and I figured I could get away with using other media for clothing... or just not draw clothing ;-D

I'm in love with the way you draw noses. Seriously. I know that's weird, but... ok, well, we know I, myself, am weird, so we'll pretend that's a non-issue. And zomg, 6 sq. ft.?! Woman. That is insaaaane. How many colors did you use/how many were used til they were bitty nubs?! XD Goodness. Still, super awesome! I really love the shadows on the navel and hips, and the pants are amazing. I love your art posts. <3
